White is a 3-star prospect that is ranked 18th in New Jersey and the 54th best offensive tackle in the nation in the 2022 class per 247 Sports.
The 6’5”, 270 pounder holds offers from almost a dozen power five schools, including Nebraska, Maryland, Boston College, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Vanderbilt, and West Virginia.
It’s no secret that Rutgers needs to rebuild the offensive line in a big way, so adding the second highest ranked offensive tackle in New Jersey for the class of 2022 is a great win on the recruiting trail for the coaching staff.

Rutgers now has four prospects verbally committed in the class of 2022. The other three are all 3-star wide receivers: Rashad Rochelle from Springfield, Illinois, Addison Copeland from Buffalo, New York, and Jojo Bermudez from Egg Harbor City, New Jersey. The current group is ranked 4th in the Big Ten and 19th nationally per 247 Sports early in the 2022 recruiting cycle.
