Price, a 247 composite 3 star recruit was originally committed to the Syracuse Orange, the the coaching staff at Rutgers was able to flip him today.
According to Todderick Hunt of NJ Advance Media, Price is the unofficial New Jersey Defensive Player of the Year and a kid who can do it all. Sitting at 6’2” and 255 pounds, he has the size to compete in the Big Ten. Rutgers has struggled in the trenches this season and Price is the kind of player who can help turn that around as he develops.
Rutgers now has 16 commits in the 2022 class. 247 has it ranked sixth in the Big Ten and twenty-ninth nationally.
Welcome to the banks, Q’yaeir!
