Welcome to the second game of the 2019 season for Rutgers football, as they head on the road to face no. 20/19 Iowa. The Scarlet Knights have never played in fabled Kinnick Stadium, so it will be fun to see a historic Big Ten venue for the first time. The Hawkeyes ar expected to contend for the Big Ten West title and will certainly be a major test for Rutgers on Saturday. That being said, despite being heavy underdogs, there should be some optimism that Chris Ash’s team has the potential to pull the upset with a new look offense and a defense that looked much better after the first quarter in the season opener.
