Rutgers sophomore punter Adam Korsak won his second Ray Guy Punter of the Week award on Tuesday for his performance against Boston College

From the press release:

Korsak punted 5 times during the game against Boston College for a total of 221 yards. His gross average was 44.2 yards and finished with a net of 43 yards yards as only one of his punts was returned for a total of six yards. All five of punts ended up inside the Boston College 20-yard line to make it 12-for-16 this year and he had a long punt of 54 yards.

Korsak previously won the award for his epic performance against Iowa on September 7th. It was so good in fact that Hawkeye fans were irate when he was snubbed by the Big Ten for its weekly award. Well guess what, it happened again, as Illinois punter Blake Hayes won the conference award this week.

On the season, Korsak is fifth in the conference with a 45.7 yards per punt average, but tied for the lead with 12 punts downed inside the opponents 20 yard line.Rutgers has allowed the second fewest yards on punt returns in the Big Ten with just 5.0 per attempt.
