NCAA Womens Basketball: Big Ten Conference Tournament - Rutgers vs Iowa Trevor Ruszkowski-USA TODAY Sports

We are back with episode #34 of our On The Banks podcast. This week, host Lance Glinn is joined by Rutgers women’s basketball acting head coach Tim Eatman. The Scarlet Knights earned the 7 seed in the Albany Region in the NCAA Tournament and take on 10 seed Buffalo Friday at 4:30 p.m. ET. It’s fhe program’s first appearance in the NCAA Tournament since 2015.

They discuss the transition for coach Eatman since head coach C. Vivian Stringer went on medical leave, how the players have stepped up down the stretch of the season, the NCAA’s mistake in revealing the brackets, his thoughts on the challenge ahead and matchup against Buffalo this weekend and much more.

Thanks to coach Eatman for taking the time to speak with us and best of luck to him and the Rutgers women’s basketball team this weekend.
