Janarion Grant got a rookie tryout with Baltimore as previously reported and did enough in rookie minicamp to be signed by the Ravens as per their twitter feed.
We have waived LB Mason McKenrick (John Carroll) and FB Ricky Ortiz (Oregon State).

Grant will have to continue to prove himself this summer in hopes of making the 53 man roster out of training camp. However, after all the injuries he has endured, this is truly a great day for one of the best Rutgers football players in recent memory. If Grant can return to form and stay healthy, he could end up surprising many and prospering in the NFL for years to come!
For now, watch this video montage of all eight special teams touchdowns Grant ran for at Rutgers. Hopefully, he’ll build a new highlight video in the NFL in the years to come.
