Tonight’s game is a huge opportunity in the lone meeting of the regular season between the two schools. Both teams are tied for 12th place in the Big Ten and a win over the other would give the victor the tiebreaker in the conference standings with head to head record. It would also give Rutgers some sorely needed momentum in the right direction. With a road game at Michigan looming this weekend, getting the W tonight would be a positive step forward. Last year, Iowa won at the RAC by 20 points without injured senior star Peter Jok. Tonight, Rutgers looks to return the favor with senior leader Mike Williams out with an injury.
