Three goals from Jules Heningburg and 15 saves from Max Edelmann helped the Rutgers men's lacrosse team to a 12-10 victory over Army on Saturday. The win pushed the Scarlet Knights to 2-0 on the season.

The offense was led by the attackmen as the trio of Heningburg, Kieran Mullins, and Connor Murphy combined for seven goals and one assist. Defensive midfielder Christian Scarpello also starred on the day, scoring two goals and adding an assist.

The 15 saves were a career high for Edelmann and the defense was able to continue its strong start to the season.

Army was led by attackman Cole Johnson who finished with 5 goals on the day.
Rutgers returns to action this Saturday when they head to Connecticut for a date with Fairfield.
