Last night, Leonte Carroo had his first game as a pro, and his first professional reception as a wide receiver in a 27-10 win over the Giants in MetLife Stadium. As Leonte put it himself:
I still remain undefeated in MetLife stadium!!

It was a come-from-behind victory, and the Dolphins are looking good in their initial outing of the season. Carroo finished with 3 receptions for 18 yards, catching every ball thrown his way.
Leonte Carroo, as he was at Rutgers, was in the middle of action, even with the team tweet announcing the win, as seen below:

Carroo has been the perfect rookie, staying humble, talking about hard work, dedication, and studying to improve. I spoke with our Josh Houtz from SB Nation’s The Phinsider earlier this month and he was very high on Carroo’s potential. Click on the picture below and it will take you to a short interview clip.

So to answer the initial question, will Leonte make the team? If he continues to perform as he did last night, I’d say it is a lock. It was good to see Leonte doing what he does best- making plays, improving the offense. Keep up the good work!
