Todd Frazier is in Arizona with his new team, the Chicago White Sox, and his presence is a reason for excitement in the Windy City's South Side. Along with his power at the plate (recording 64 HRs and 169 RBIs the last two seasons with the Reds), the White Sox are hoping Frazier will be able to bring some leadership to a clubhouse that has lacked in that department since Paul Konerko's retirement in 2014.
Along with his leadership potential, Frazier brings an energy and looseness to the team that his peers have already found infectious.

Frazier's enthusiasm showed even during Wednesday's batting practice. His eagerness to get back to playing baseball, even in the earliest stages of spring training, resulted in the breaking of two bats. While some players use batting practice in February as a way of tracking live pitches and get back into "baseball mode," others choose to use the "grip it and rip it" mentality. I think we can all guess which Frazier believes in.
