It’s winter. It’s cold. Time to play hockey. And do it outdoors!
And to make it easy (for me), I’ll just restate what the Rutgers Hockey team has published:
The Rutgers Ice Hockey Outdoor Classic is back!! This year's game will see the Ice Knights take on the Lehigh University Mountain Hawks at Navesink Country Club on Saturday, January 7th. Puck drop is at 6:00 pm under the lights!
Admission is free. However, in lieu of tickets please donate to the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation, both at the game and online -give.reeve.org/MikeNichols. The Reeve Foundation is dedicated to advancing quality of life and discovering cures for spinal cord injury in the here and now.

Rutgers Hockey has been doing this for several years as a fundraiser for The Reeve Foundation. Last year, the opponent was Villanova as the Knights picked up a 6-5 win. The game is played in support of Mike Nichols, a former high school player who was permanently injured in 2014.
You can get more information and indicate your interest by going to the team's Facebook page.
