Lets be honest, Rutgers is the better team on paper, by far. However, throw that out the window. FDU always plays Rutgers tough and won at the RAC three seasons ago. They gave Ohio State all they could handle 11 days ago, losing by single digits on the road. Forget that they’ve lost five straight games.

Doesn't matter, FDU would love nothing more than to knock off the state university from the Big Ten. Rutgers needs to start this game with the pedal to the metal and not let up until the final buzzer sounds. They need to control this game by attacking the rim and defending the three. It's a game they could easily win by 15-20 points, or lose.

I always consider ten conference wins a barometer for success in the non-conference portion of the schedule. Tonight would get them to ten and keep the positive vibes moving forward with this team.
