Zander Diamont has been getting hit a lot this game since the first wildcat play for a touchdown. On this play he loses two yards and Julian Pinnix-Odrick forces the fumble. Big man Darnell Davis, Quanzell’s replacement, picks the ball up and runs the length of the field for the Rutgers touchdown.
This put Rutgers ahead before the half. This defense is playing really well today. This was the third forced turnover for Rutgers, but, their first points off of either of them.
