360law.com has surfaced a lawsuit that has been filed by a female student of Rutgers against two former football players, Marques Ford and John Bowers, as well as the university itself. The two players that stand accused are no longer enrolled at the university, nor affiliated with the football program. Ford transferred out last December and he cited earlier this month he was headed to East Carolina. Bowers transferred out soon after Ash took over as well, landing at Rhode Island.
The incident the suit concerns occurred on November 14, 2015, which took place while Kyle Flood was head coach of the football team.
