Commit Alert! OL Mike Lonsdorf

Rutgers has added another commitment to their 2016 class, this time from Immaculata (NJ) OT Mike Lonsdorf.

At 6-7 270, he has the frame to be a starting tackle in the B1G, but will need to fill out his frame first. He has the ability to be an impact player but will need to spend some time in the weight room to help develop himself as a player.

The good news is Rutgers already has depth on the offensive line, so there is no need for Lonsdorf to make an immediate impact.

About a week ago, Lonsdorf decommitted from UConn and it was expected that if all went well on his OV to Rutgers, he would pull the trigger for Coach Ash and Blazek.

Lonsdorf  is now the 15th commit in the 2016 class and joins Elijah Johnson and Nick Krimin as the other offensive line committed to Rutgers.
