Rutgers has done well in the past few classes mining NYC for talent, and today, Brooklyn's Elias Reynolds, a 3* LB from Poly Prep, added to that legacy.

Reynolds is the sixth member of the 2016 class, joining Florida's Jonathan Pollock at the linebacker position. He chose Rutgers over offers from Pitt, UConn, Maryland, Wake Forest, Syracuse and Illinois. He will join his Poly Prep teammate Chris Parker on the Banks. Parker is a walk-on in the 2015 class, and presents an electric set of athletic skills.
At 6'2" 227 lbs., Reynolds projects as an outside linebacker the collegiate level. Rivals ranks him the 6th best prospect in New York state. Welcome to Rutgers Elias!
