Future NFL Draft Picks on Campus. . .

Another weekend, another incredible group of four-star recruits on campus.

The sun is shining, the trees are blooming, and THERE ARE A BUNCH OF HUGE VISITORS COMING TO CAMPUS AGAIN!!!

Sorry for shouting, but this is tremendous news.

Number 1 QB target Dwayne Haskins is on campus again this weekend (he was there for Friday Knight Lights last week) and has been a fixture recently.  He is likely spending an overnight in Piscataway.  This is also his birthday weekend, if that has any relevance to anyone.


Hosting Mr. Haskins for consecutive weekends would be terrific standing alone.

But he is not the only [repeat] visitor coming to the Banks this weekend. You can (and should) check out Todderick Hunt's full list here, but here are some highlights:

  • 5* DT Rashan Gary (possibility, not 100% confirmed)
  • 4* WR Ahmir Mitchell
  • 3* WR/Rivals Camp MVP Kelvin Harmon (should be a 4*, in my opinion)
  • 4* DE Ron Johnson
  • 4* WR Brad Hawkins
  • 4* DE Karamo Dioubate


Every single one of these guys (swapping Haskins for Guarantano) headlined On the Banks' top-shelf scenario for how RU fills out the 2016 class.  Getting them all on campus at once is awesome.

Rutgers also made some waves on Twitter last night by releasing images of many of the Knights' top targets as Number 1 draft picks.  Here are a few samples:
