After Saturday, Rutgers faces #12 Maryland and #23 Minnesota in a span of 10 days, so Stringer needs these wins to make a push for the top of the Big Ten standings. Penn State has had an absolutely dreadful season on the hardwood this year, with their only three wins this season coming against Towson, Wagner, and Rider. They are last in several statistical categories, including three-point FGs made (tied with RU), assists, and assists-to-turnover ratio, in addition to being outscored in conference games on average by 25 points.
