Can the Knights rebound with a win over the cheeseheads?

In an odd bit of timing, the Scarlet Knights will tip-off against the Wisconsin Badgers on Sunday at 3 PM. At 3:05 PM, the Green Bay Packers will kickoff in the NFC Championship Game against the Seattle Seahawks. Unless they broadcast the Packers game at the Kohl Center, I wouldn't expect a sellout crowd to be in attendance.

How to watch, stream, or listen

#24 Rutgers Scarlet Knights (12-5, 3-3) @ Wisconsin Badgers (7-9, 3-3)

Sunday, January 18 - 3:00 PM

Online stream: BTN Plus

Radio: 1450 WCTC

In any case, this is a very important game for Rutgers if C. Vivian Stringer has any desire to be a top seed in the Big Ten Tournament (the top four seeds get byes in the first and second rounds). So far, it seems like this team will win against teams they should beat, and vice versa. The Badgers are not one of the stronger teams in the league, so it's imperative that Rutgers takes advantage of a winnable road game.

It might seem like the Knights have been better on the road this season with a 7-1 record as opposed to a 5-4 record at the RAC. However, the home slate has been quite a challenge with ranked games against Tennessee, North Carolina, Iowa, and Maryland. It doesn't get any easier in future games at home, as RU hosts #23 Minnesota and #17 Nebraska in coming weeks.
