Rutgers has a new commitment from a home grown blue-chip tackle prospect. Union City lineman Josue Matias, after briefly flirting with the football factory programs, finally did what he had been expected to for months and went public for Rutgers today. The Union City pipeline remains intact. Matias, who missed his senior season with a knee injury, fills a huge need as one of the two top New Jersey linemen this year with Angelo Mangiro. If all goes to plan Josue will be a multi-year starter at right tackle. Let's hope for some more good news from this weekend.
