Another offer for Danny Foose.
"Danny is very excited about the Louisville offer," says Mike Foti, founder of FiveStarRecruiting.net and coordinator of Danny’s recruiting process. "He is going to give them a serious look, we will go and visit the campus this summer. Louisville offered last night, so now Danny has four scholarship offers in total, including Rutgers, Boston College, South Florida, and Louisville."
Jarrett Darmstatter has picked up an offer from Syracuse.
Rutgers is staying in contact with Bennett Jackson.
"I’ve just been talking to coaches and some of them have been coming to the school," he said. "Rutgers and Pittsburgh came today. Richmond is coming Wednesday and Minnesota’s coming on Friday."
As for his summer plans?
"I’m going to take a few trips to schools that have offered," he said. "It depends on if I get any new offers. I guess we’ll know by late May."
Kevin Haplea was at PSU over the weekend for their spring game.
"I’ll make some more visits early in the summer, then narrow things down some. Hopefully I’ll narrow my list down by the end of the summer. Right now it’s hard to say who I like best."
Corey Brown is recovering well from last season's torn MCL.
Interesting news out of American Heritage. They have Darius Milines (click the link), and one James Potts.
So far, Potts has offers from Vanderbilt, Rutgers, Memphis and Florida International. Vanderbilt has suggested he could play offense or defense, and right now the Commodores are the leading candidate to land him.
"They’re at the top of my list right now, among the schools I have offers from," Potts said.
Mark Shuman committed to VT (and teammate Russell Bodine may soon follow). Aaron Donald committed to Pitt. James Louis and Chris Dunkley are expected to commit to Florida. Silas Redd didn't commit to PSU last weekend, but they still lead.
Star Texas lineman Jackson Jeffcoat will visit this summer?
