It's just speculation, but rumors of an impending series (for '12-'13) down the line with Penn State have hit the public boards on Rivals.
If there's one team that Rutgers fans want to beat the hell out of, it's Notre Dame. Following closely though would be Penn State. It shouldn't have taken nearly two decades to resume the series.
