When expected starter Tyree Graham was felled by a ruptured Achilles, the team lost a lot of depth at the shooting guard position.  Left to play the position were sophomores swing man Mike Poole and Austin Carroll, plus incoming recruit Mike Taylor. 

Neither of the remaining players mentioned started for the Knights last year.

Then rumors started to leak that Mike Rice and company were looking for another recruit.

Mike Rice keeps trying to fill out a massive 2011 recruiting class.  6'9" senior Greg Lewis will visit RU on Friday October 8th, according to Adam Zagoria. The center, who hails from Baltimore, has listed RU in his final five. Should Rice be able to land Lewis, he'd have landed another top 150 recruit. It would be a cherry on top of what is already a fantastic recruiting class.
