The Knights face top-seeded Maryland tomorrow at 6:30 pm in the semifinals of the Big Ten Women's Lacrosse Tournament.
This is the second time that Rutgers has topped OSU in overtime. The last time, on April 21, saw Halley Barnes scoring the winner - along with five other goals that night - in the 13-12 victory.
Rutgers has now won three straight. It is the first post-season win for Rutgers Women's Lacrosse since 1998. And that season, head coach Laura Brand-Sias was a midfielder on that squad that topped Lafayette in the ECAC tournament, 12-10.
We will update this story as more details are available.
