For those of you who didn’t watch yesterday’s game between the Atlanta Falcons and the Green Bay Packers, you really missed out. It was a thrilling, last minute win for the Falcons over the Packers, and the win was sealed in the final minute of play by a spectacular catch by none other than our own Mohamed Sanu.

Rutgers football fans remember well the electricity that the 6’2” Sanu brought to the Scarlet Knights, so none of this will come as a surprise to them. However, Atlanta Falcons fans are just really discovering what a great player they signed this past year when Sanu became a free agent and signed on with the Falcons after four years with the Cincinnati Bengals. The local papers in Georgia are effusive in their praise of the wide receiver, and patting the back of the Falcons’ front office on a job well done in getting Sanu on the team. He averaging just under 11 yards per catch this season.
Last night, the Falcons also tweeted their “five things to know” about the game, and Sanu’s TD and the defense holding off Aaron Rogers and the Green Bay offense was listed as the number one piece of the puzzle.
