This season we are entering the B1G for the very first time. With that comes strong traditional teams that have battled each other for years now. You can say we're the rookies entering a heavily veteran team. Hoping that we don't get picked on or being the new guy who transferred from another school out of state. Because of that teams have marked our games with them as a win on their schedules. What I would say to that is to not underestimate us or you'll be on the losing end. This year we need to us it as our break-in year for players and coaching staff. What I want from KF is to play as many players on this team as possible. I know they're going to be some blowouts, so what perfect opportunity to get second and third team players some action running plays against B1G opponents. This way you can see what the future of your team looks like against real competition. Blowouts can go either way but it only helps our future and gauge areas of improvements. Not only that it will answer so many personnel questions like who qill step up and be the QB next year. What is in our secondary and linebacker core. And can our defensive line play up to the offensive lines of the B1G? So to me playing backups is important to make an immediate impact next year.
