Mike Teel

I'd posted my thoughts on the football team about bringing Terry Shea or possibly Mike Teel in as a QB coach. Some didn't think it would be a good idea and for the most part I'd understand why. Now it has come to my attention that Mike Teel is now a graduate assistant that will be working with the QBs. I believe that its a great idea they finally reach out to the guy that helped put Rutgers football on the map. As an optimistic I believe he will help right our QB situation. This is how I see things turning out for Teel. A grad assistant for one season. Then promoted to QB coach for two years before becoming an assistant offensive coordinator. From there he takes over as the offensive coordinator. The final step will be the head coach. All this depends on the success of the team though. I also understand that with success comes more opportunities to leave for the NFL or another college coaching position. If that's the case then Rutgers needs to do what they can to keep him. Yea this is me getting ahead of myself but we'll see. What do you think RU fans give me your opinion.
