Shane Rector, a 2013 PG, commits to Rutgers

In what is considered to be a very good late in the game pick-up, Rutgers gets one of NYC's top remaining uncommitted players. Rector is now playing at South Kent, and will come in to help back up the three guards when they are juniors. This is Mike Rice's first commitment for 2013.
