Maryland offensive lineman Moise Larose reportedly gave a soft verbal to Rutgers several months back, but wanted to take some more time to firm up his decision. Reports are now that he's fully on board, so there you have it, another solid line prospect in the fold as opposed to a sleeper. That has to be considered a victory.
