— So says THE SPORTING NEWS in a throwaway line in their Big East preview article. Is this one of those "where there's a little bit of smoke, there's fire" moments? Or is it just another writer throwing something out there and hoping it sticks? Either way, I still think the ACC is the ideal conference for Rutgers.
