Kenny Britt has been arrested multiple times over the past few years, although many of them were relatively minor incidents that were overplayed. That isn't the case any longer, as Britt now stands accused of reckless behavior (driving under the influence) that could have endangered both his life and the lives of others. The media clearly has mistreated Britt, and in its mistreatment, they have missed the true nature of misdeeds. They should not have been accusing him of being a thug on a rampage, which could not possibly be further from the truth. He is immature and tends not to think through his decisions. There is no malice involved, but that does not mean that he is not risking his life and his career by refusing to grow up. The sad thing is, this incident mars what had otherwise been a relatively quiet series of months for Britt since his injury early in 2011. He had been on a good path before slipping up in allegedly trying to drive a female soldier back to a military base while intoxicated. Come on, man. That's exactly what taxi services are for.
