Rutgers improved from 158th last year to 111th this year, which was a considerable jump. Still, they were 96th two years ago, and none of those rankings are remotely acceptable even if the overall methodology is silly. Pittsburgh (heh) was the only 2012 BCS conference program to rank worse.
