The Scarlet Knights announced that Michael Graves and Association has won the rights to design the RAC renovation that is a long time coming. This renovation will help bring Rutgers up with the rest of college basketball, especially in terms of a new practice facility. It is a much needed project, and one that will benefit more than just the basketball team. The one concern is what will happen to the RACmosphere. It's been a while, but we all know that when the RAC really gets going (and it got close a couple of times this year), it's one of the most difficult places to play. If the renovation alters this, part of the charm of rooting for the Rutgers Scarlet Knights might fade. That said, winning cures everything.
