The Director of Basketball Operations has been with Rutgers for what seems like forever. One of the more popular and well known people attached to the basketball program, his loss is going to leave a void in the Rutgers community. A few reporters have speculated that Gil Biruta will follow Carr to his former high school coach. Early speculation on who could fill the void? RU alum and four year player Marquis Webb has a job at George Mason and was considered for a position on the staff at RU when Mike Rice was hired. Also possible that Eric Murdock is promoted.
