Say goodbye to Iowa's chances to recruit New Jersey.

Word gets around, and Iowa just screwed with the wrong program. It would be bad enough pulling something like this on a small high school in the middle of nowhere. Much like when Wisconsin screwed over Don Bosco a few years back, Iowa just made a very bad enemy in one of the top high school programs in New Jersey - and one with a top junior class no less. Darrell Wilson's magic touch in South Jersey is waning as is (re: Ka'Lial Glaud and Quanzell Lambert; and you know that Quinton Alston goes to Rutgers if they didn't slow play him), so this could well be the final straw. Good riddance.

By the way, it does not appear that Rutgers is involved with Shaw, but things can always change.
