Rutgers' recruiting woes continue as Small Forward and top 100 player Josh Hart chose Villa-no-fun today. More and more top targets are coming off the books. In other news, PG Rysheed Jordan cut his list to 7, including Rutgers. Maryland surprisingly didn't make the list, leading many to speculate that RU target Roddy Peters is about to commit there. Very interesting to see where RU heads next to find the SF Mike Rice covets.
