Around SBN: Events Cause Mariners To Lose To Rangers

The best offensive line class in school history is complete, with Ryan Brodie's commitment today securing the final piece of the puzzle. Brodie was long considered a heavy Rutgers lean due to his friendship with Miles Shuler, and now he is following in Shuler's footsteps by committing to the Scarlet Knights.

Rutgers looks set on the offensive side of the ball. As far as remaining targets, DT Darius Hamilton is a must get. QB Devin Fuller is a luxury that would be really nice, as would another linebacker or defensive back if there's still room at the inn.

Darius is down to Florida and Rutgers (barring a very good visit to Miami this weekend)

and will announce at 8PM on 1/31 on MSG. After talking to him today, I think he is still not sure. However, he has worn Rutgers sweatshirts to school two days in a row.

Wow

If he signs with Florida.. wearing the RU sweater to school would be a pretty sick joke.

At the same time...

We can’t really talk about sick jokes after what Huggins pulled on UNC last year. Also a sick joke.

Keep your fingers crossed that Hamilton commits to RU.

Schiano close to becoming Bucs head coach

If this happens, I’d say we lose any commitments from Don Bosco, as well as suffer some decommitments. This is awful.

was just going tobsay this

Rutgers is finally looking like a BCS contender and now Schiano is going to leave. This sucks, bigtime. RU gets their best recruiting class ever and now Schiano is going to leave.
