Tejay Johnson qualifies for Rutgers?

The link above is to a video from NBC's affiliate in Atlantic City. Not sure how long it will stay up. If qualified, Johnson will be a tremendous asset to the roster. He was the fastest senior prospect in New Jersey last year, and a top priority for the coaching staff.
